Refunds are not issued with some exceptions approved by RIICAS board .
Irrespctive of # of participants in a given sport, every winner/runner-ups gets trophy. Every participant gets medal & certificate. But, cash prize is issued only if there are enough participants (atleast 20) in each of the sport by category.
Dates/early bird prices/venue subject to change hence stay tuned in the group for up-to-date info.
If a registered participant don’t complete payment by the deadline, RIICAS board has every right to take needed action on the registration .
